Lodge Rooms

The Lodge rooms consists of 21 double/twin rooms, and 9 triple rooms. Each lodge room features a private balcony overlooking the spectacular beauty of the Great Rift Valley.  Large four-poster beds, hand-made wooden furniture and modern en-suite bathrooms make for an ultra-comfortable stay. Some Lodge Rooms have interconnecting doors, ideal for families and groups.

Longonot Villas

Longonot villas consists of 25 deluxe suites, and 74 standard rooms. Each duplex villa has three floors: A deluxe suite with a lounge and kitchenette/dining room on the upper-level and a gallery en suite bedroom; two spacious en suite Standard Rooms on the lower level, opening up to a private garden.

Aberdare Villas

The Aberdare Villas contains 20 2- and 3- bedroom villas. The villas offer breathtaking views over the Aberdare forest and Mountains. Each 3-bedroom Aberdare Villa is thoughtfully furnished and equipped, perfect for a restorative get-away-from-it-all stay in nature.

Chalets

Chalets all have a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge, and between 2 and 4 bedrooms. Most have an outdoor barbeque grill, ideal for friends and families vacations and reunions. Enjoy breathtaking views the golf course, and the Aberdares, Mount Longonot and Lake Naivasha beyond.

Gemini Restaurant

This is the original Great Rift Valley & Golf Resort restaurant. It features a rustic cabin-style, all-day restaurant with a tantalizing food and wine selection. Gemini’s wrap-around patio opens up to expansive views over Eburru Hills, the Aberdare Ranges, and beyond. Adjoining Gemini is a well-stocked bar with a log fire to warm chilly Naivasha nights.

Sagitta Restaurant

Sagitta Restaurant offers an all-day menu, complemented by a full wine list and specialty cocktails. From the deck shaded by awnings, enjoy al fresco dining with views across the 18th green and the Aberdares and vibrant Naivasha birdlife.

Cepheus Restaurant

The restaurant offers buffet-style breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Breakfast and lunch have a nuanced continental feel while dinner buffets offer varied themed cuisine ranging from Kenyan to Mongolian. Diners love the al fresco setting overlooking lush gardens with hundreds of birds to spot.

Activities at the Lodge

GRVL offers a wide range of activities for both inside and outside the resort. For relaxation, there is a swimming pool together with a kid’s pool at The Great Rift Lodge.
